You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home or work with PostNL. Standard delivery costs €3.95, but is free for orders above €50.  You can also choose to pick it up - simply select a PostNL service point, or a store that offers 'Click & Collect' near you.   You'll find a complete overview of all our delivery options and fees in our help section. 

Returns are always free! Simply use the label provided and return your parcel to the same courier you used for delivery. You can also choose to return your items to a store that offers 'Online Return In Store.'  You'll find an overview of participating stores and our return policy in our help section.
