VERO MODA CUSTOMER CLUB - MEMBER BENEFITS
By being a VERO MODA club member, you will be able to earn points when you shop at veromoda.com and via the VERO MODA app. In addition, you can earn points when you shop in physical VERO MODA stores.
Please note that some VERO MODA stores are owned and operated by external franchises and only some of these franchise stores offer customer club benefits such as points and redemption of bonus vouchers. Please consult the individual store for more info
Employees and other persons associated with Bestseller are excluded from earning points and other club benefits.
Points:
You earn 1 point per 1 DKK you spend. Points are valid for 12 months after which time they will be deleted from your member account. For every 2000 points you earn, you will receive one 50 DKK bonus voucher. Please note that you will not earn points on purchases of gift cards.
Points earned on a purchase will be deleted if you return the item. At any time, you may view your point balance by visiting your member account.
To earn points, you must be logged into your member account when shopping online and in physical stores you must scan your member ID before making a purchase.
The points you earn are personal and cannot be transferred to another person or member.
In case of suspicion of fraud or misuse, we may suspend or cancel your membership.
Bonus vouchers
Bonus vouchers will be issued 1-2 days after you have reached the point limit of 2000 points. The voucher will be available in your member account and can be used online at veromoda.com, in our app and in physical VERO MODA stores and those franchises stores that are participating in our customer club scheme, cf. above.
Bonus vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
The bonus vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy gifts cards, and you will not get your voucher back if you return an item purchased (partly) with a bonus voucher. The bonus voucher works as a discount and in case of return you will be refunded the amount you actually paid. If you buy more than one item when using the voucher, the discount will be split between the item.
Shared points for MAMALICIOUS and VERO MODA customer clubs
Please note that if you use the same email address as basis for a membership of the MAMALICIOUS customer club and the VERO MODA customer club, the points will be shared between the two customer clubs. This means that in the account of each customer club you will see the total (accumulated) number of points you have earned in both the MAMALICOUS customer club and the VERO MODA customer club. Once you reach the point limit of 2000, a bonus voucher will be available in both your member accounts, but you can only use it once, meaning that it will be deleted from both member accounts once used.
