RETURNS
Please note that you will be charged a return fee of 3.49 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund. We are no longer providing you with a return label in your parcel since we have gone completely paperless. All returns are completed online and you can easily create a return label yourself by registering your return on the Return Portal.
Your VERO MODA gift card will be sent directly to your email after your purchase. The gift card can be used online as well as in all VERO MODA stores. The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
